Movin on and movin up......

So we are officially moved out of our house. I have such mixed emotions about it. It was the nicest, most beautiful home we have EVER lived in, it was so perfect for us....it had everything we ever dreamed of in a house and then some...but it became wayyyy to much of a financial, physical and mental commitment to stay there. When I decided to quit my old job and find something more meaningful for my life, the payment of the house became such a heavy heavy burden for us. It broke my heart to let the house go, but I know....one day we will find the "perfect" house again, and we will be better prepared for it. Makes me sad, but I know it was the right thing to do.....

BUT MOVIN' UP IN LIFE......I have some REALLY exciting news...I was accepted to Taylor Andrews Hair Academy and Esthetics for the Fall, and I was just hired by not one, BUT TWO companies part time!!! It all happened so fast in the last two weeks....I applied at TA about a month ago, and heard back last week. I have always really wanted to go into hair, skin, make-up etc....just never had the time, then it hit me about a month ago.....what better time than the present???? So I put on my big girl panties and applied. I will be working 2 part time jobs till Fall when I start school, then I will be going to school part time, and working both jobs too!!! HECTIC CRAZINESS!!!!! But it will be so worth it to have a liscense doing something I love, and still working at two really wonderful companies...Costco and JetBlue @home. YAY!!!!

So if any of y'all want a super cute, HOT new look....you know who to go to in the Fall!!!

snow day in APRIL!!

So, when I heard we were having a 'winter storm warning' last night, I thought ok, maybe it will be raining that will be slushy, not actual snow. It was 75 degrees on Monday for one, and for two it is the middle of April!!! Well, I was DEAD WRONG!! They should have said 'BLIZZARD SNOW WARNING' or even; 'More Snow than Christmas Day Storm.' No joke, like 5 inches in 12 hours! INSANITY!!!

I feel really bad for all of those kids who are supposed to be on SPRING break, not winter break. Luckily for me Kyler loves the snow, so we are enjoying our snow day. Just like it was 4 months ago! :)
